I approach counseling in an eclectic counseling atmosphere with a range of knowledge and experience and the importance to meet people "where they are," emotionally, spiritually, and psychologically. I believe and practice to empower the client to changing negative thinking patterns and identifying client strengths to bring positive life altering changes. I work towards tailoring to what the client needs. I work with individuals, families, couples and first responders.
