Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are navigating: ADHD Autism Emotional Regulation Trauma Communication Challenges Boundary-Setting I have conversational level of understanding with American Sign Language. I worked with my own hearing limitations and those of hearing limitations of family members. In our work together, therapy may include: Traditional talk therapy, game play and role-plays for social skill-building and emotional processing, mind mapping to explore thoughts, feelings, and goals, and/or arts and crafts as a pathway to self-expression and healing.
