I have tried therapy and it didn't work. I have heard this from clients so many times. The truth is, therapy is not a "one size fits all" type of service. There are many different types of therapy and many different types of therapists. I partner with my clients to customize their treatment plan to fit their preference for treatment style/modality as well as to meet their personal goals. I have helped many people manage a wide variety of struggles including those related to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and symptoms related to trauma - just to name a few.
