Thank you for being here. Are you experiencing frequent change, struggles with belonging, and identity? As an immigrant, I understand that individual experiences are highly nuanced, and honor this with a culturally sensitive lens where growth and healing can occur. For years my work has been aiding neurodiverse youth in schools and homes all over Los Angeles, leading groups in recovery centers, and years of providing equine therapy to young women. I now welcome you to individual work where we can focus on creating safety and connection in your every day life. Each session is an opportunity of care and self discovery. I specialize in neurodiversity, immigration, navigating challenging transitions, and exploring identity. I offer a warm, collaborative approach grounded in trauma-informed, relational care along with proven behavioral strategies. I spent years supporting ASD youth which informs my empathic approach in working with their caregivers and siblings.
