Through my work with diverse populations and my own lived experiences, I am continuously reminded that the importance of mental health support cannot be exaggerated. I believe that every person should have access to the support they need. My approach to counseling is trauma-informed and guided by a person-centered approach. Above all, I am guided by the belief that the client is the expert on their experiences. As a therapist, I aim to meet clients where they are at, provide a nonjudgmental space, and support clients on their unique paths.
