Hello! I provide counseling to adults in Idaho and North Carolina who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or burnt out from holding it all together. You might look “high-functioning” on the outside, but inside you feel on edge, exhausted, or unsure how to slow down without everything falling apart. Maybe you struggle to say no, put yourself first, or trust your own decisions. It can feel like you have one foot on the gas and one on the brake - constantly pushing forward while your body and mind beg for rest. I often work with individuals who have experienced trauma, grew up around addiction, have sensitive nervous systems, or struggle with perfectionism and people-pleasing. Coping strategies that once helped you survive may now be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll gently explore these patterns and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
