I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. I meet clients where they are and take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from different theories and modalities to best support each person because there is no one size fits all path to healing. I feel deeply grateful for the opportunity to work with the clients I have met so far.
