I have training in DBT, EMDR and CBT (tools you can depend on) and clinical specialty in treating eating disorders, complex trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder and issues with both mood and anxiety. My approach to therapy is curious, hopeful and collaborative; I think it is important to make sure my patients feel we have the same goals, as well as openly sharing the reasoning behind my clinical recommendations as we go so we can make decisions together as a team.
