I primarily utilize somatic healing practices, Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). These modalities can be personalized to implement new patterns that cultivate the mind/body connection while building a better understanding of your inner-world. Utilizing a trauma-informed and culturally competent lens, I guide my clients in a compassionate and client-centered manner.
