I believe that all of us have the capacity to heal our wounds through self-compassion, kindness, and community. Often, we need the support of others to understand how strong we truly are. My greatest joys in life are witnessing others’ stories and walking with them as they nurture their resilience and inner goodness. I value helping others feel seen, having meaningful and difficult conversations, and encouraging our human capacity to feel pain and disappointment while still finding hope.
