I am a licensed mental health therapist. My approaches are both solution-focused and client-centered. I am committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based, cognitive behavioral treatment for adult and adolescent clients who are living with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, crisis and trauma, and addictive behaviors. I view psychotherapy as an empowering and collaborative process between myself and my clients to achieve optimal mental health and emotional balance.
