I work best with those looking to manage life transitions that are causing challenges or unresolved trauma holding you back. With both, I find issues with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and self-esteem affecting sleep, appetite, and quality of relationships. We work to manage how the body and mind create barriers and how we can work through them towards developing a better quality of life. Being a male, I tend to work with males having extensive experience with those who have/are involved with sport to manage the unique pressures put upon oneself as an athlete. I am a member of the Alliance of Social Work in Sports since 2018.
