Young people today are faced with many challenges that place great amounts of stress on their emotional health. It is often helpful to have someone who can help them successfully move through these emotional challenges. I provide a community and office-based counseling service dedicated to helping adolescents and young adults build strengths that allow them to feel emotionally healthy again. When appropriate, I engage the supports of the family, the school, and the community in developing different approaches to affect behavioral difficulties that interfere with daily life activities and personal goals.
