My therapeutic skills allow me to offer you much more than mere coping strategies. I don't want to help you cope with anxiety, depression, PTSD etc. I want them to disappear. You were not born with symptoms, believe me. They exist because they are emotional artifacts of events from your life that were then stored in your nervous system & memory. When you get in situations that remind you of these events, you get plunged back into exactly what it felt like to you. For 23 years I have been using a technique that resolves these memories and their symptoms, and as a result restores the full expression of self that went missing.
