Hello, My name is George A. Castro, LMFT and I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I love to work with individuals, couples, and families. I work from a humanistic person-centered approach to therapy. Treating everyone with empathy, compassion, and respect for the challenges they may be facing. My expertise is in anxiety, depression, and trauma. My strength is working with young adults and teenagers. I work with all types of people in a strengths-based way.
