I understand how ADHD affects families and relationships, school, work and self-esteem. Because of the level of misinformation, I provide the facts about ADHD along with evidence-based strategies for bringing about change. Additional practice areas include couples counseling, parenting issues and helping adults with anxiety, depression and/or relationship difficulties.
