My ideal clients are adults- often men- who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. They may be battling anxiety, chronic stress, low self-esteem, or struggling with addictive behaviors. Many feel like they've lost direction or joy in their daily lives and often compare themselves to others, feeling like they're constantly falling behind. What they want is clarity, emotional relief, and to feel like themselves again. They're looking for practical tools to manage their thoughts and emotions, and they want to rediscover a sense of purpose, meaning, and calm. Most of all, they want to be heard- without judgment.
