There can be times in our life where we feel stuck, or in a pit without a way out. This may be life's normal rhythm or could be unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, addictions, relationship conflict, or grief / loss. It's possible you do not even know why you feel stuck. Maybe you tried to climb out on your own, only to slip back deeper than before. In my 25 year career as a police officer, I have been where many of you are. I have now dedicated my life to helping individuals find the strength and resiliency to move towards healing.
