Our lives change. Some of these changes are welcomed while others can be overwhelming and create fear. When your life becomes difficult to manage, when there is regular conflict among family members, when anger and addictions become the preferred way of addressing concerns, when sadness has replaced optimism, it it time to seek the support of a counselor or family therapist. I am always honored to be invited into an individual's or family's personal story, to listen, to support, to create solutions. My therapy, in addition to offering accepted treatment practices, offers each person the respect they deserve in a safe environment.
