I am a postdoctoral fellow at Illinois Behavioral Health Group, offering individual therapy and neuropsychological testing services to children and adults ages 8-65+. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, stress management, interpersonal and family conflicts, and issues regarding self-concept and identity. I have a special interest in providing services to neurodivergent populations and assisting people with their own mental health needs, using a culturally sensitive approach to treatment.
