What I have learned, in my years working in mental health, is that my fellow human beings are resilient, creative, and strong. I have learned that we often do not realize our own strength and power. I believe that each of us has within us an internal wisdom. I want to help you locate that wisdom and bring it forth into your life. My experience is in a variety of outpatient settings and primarily in community mental health. I have worked with people from all walks of life. Each person I meet with is a unique individual. There is no one way to approach the challenges that come up in our lives. I have learned that life is hard sometimes. Often we have no-one to turn to or need a private space in which to understand our own experience and get some perspective. I have training and experience in a variety of therapy modalities. I am interested in you as an individual and the contexts of your life that may or may not be applicable to your concern.
