Welcome! Have you ever reached the point of thinking, “Okay, I’m self-aware… now what?” My work supports individuals at different stages of self-understanding. Some are beginning to explore their inner world and want to develop greater self-awareness, while others already have deep insight but feel stuck at the “what now?” stage. Many of my clients understand their patterns, emotions, and history, yet struggle to translate that awareness into meaningful change. I offer a supportive space to explore emotions and past experiences while also helping you move from understanding to intentional action.
