Hi, I'm Georgia! I prioritize making therapy feel intentional. My experience providing care in high-acuity settings equips me to support clients through goal-oriented and directional work. Overall, I specialize in trauma, as I believe trauma contributes to the challenges my clients face— including personality disorders, substance use disorders, anxiety/panic disorders, and relational/attachment struggles. I am a good fit for clients who are interested in a “root-cause” approach to therapy, recognizing that many of the catalysts for seeking therapy are tied to earlier experiences that continue to interfere with daily life. I aim to help you understand your experiences, shift your relationship with distressing thoughts/emotions, and regulate your nervous system by addressing physiological symptoms. My skillset includes ACT, DBT, TF-CBT, Gestalt, trauma narrative techniques, parts-based approaches, and somatic interventions. I have experience providing the complete DBT approach.
