I work with individuals, couples, and families ages 13 and up. Many of my clients want help with relationships such as how to be a better partner or parent. They also seek guidance with navigating life transitions and questions of who they may be in this phase of life. And others want tools to handle things such as depression, anxiety, and a variety of stressors.
