My goal as a therapist is to offer a safe environment for my clients to discover past trauma, as it related to present personal difficulties. Additionally, my clients are encouraged to discover healthier coping strategies to deal with present life stressors. It is important to me that my clients feel respected and understood in the process of self discovery and self development. My therapy treatment methods include: person-centered, systemic, behavioral, assigned readings, strategic, and brief. Ideally, for effective treatment, my clients are willing to attend therapy on a regular basis and are willing to be open and honest.
