I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and the psychological impact of chronic illness. My clinical focus includes supporting clients in building self-esteem and confidence, as well as developing effective strategies to manage stress, performance-related pressure, and burnout. I take a collaborative, individualized approach grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care to support healing and personal growth.
