I work with individuals who are experiencing emotional distress, feeling overwhelmed, or noticing patterns in their thoughts, emotions, or relationships that no longer feel helpful. Some clients come in with a clear sense of what they want to work on, while others simply know that something feels off or that they want support during a difficult time. Many clients seek therapy to feel more grounded, connected, and understood—both in their relationship with themselves and with others. My goal is to offer a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, build awareness and regulation, and work toward meaningful change Clients I tend to work well with may be navigating anxiety, the impact of past experiences, relationship challenges, or life transitions. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, meaning we move at a pace that feels safe and respectful, and therapy is shaped around each client’s needs rather than expectations.
