I'm a licensed MFT and a seasoned therapist with many years of training and experience. My approach to therapy is client-centered, strength-based and holistic: focusing on the whole person, at work, at play, and in relationships. My approach to providing therapy is evidence-based and practical. A long time meditator and Mindfulness Meditation teacher, I incorporate Mindfulness with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Positive Therapy, Solution Based Therapy, and Relational Therapy; and particularly dealing with addictions, Motivational Interviewing.
