My ideal client is someone who has carried a lot for a long time emotionally and often silently. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, or the exhaustion that comes from being “the strong one” in their family or community. Many of us are juggling work, caregiving responsibilities, school or systemic barriers that make it hard to slow down and breathe. People want relief but more than that, they want clarity, stability, and they want a therapist who understands the realities of life.
