In the therapeutic relationship, we build a trusting space; getting curious about your beliefs, habits and environment. Why are you stuck? What thoughts, beliefs and relationships are nourishing you? What's blocking you from developing new healthy habits, connecting with loved ones, practicing self care? I believe in my clients' capacities to grow, evolve and improve. I utilize cognitive behavioral, trauma informed, culturally responsive, mindfulness, and strength based practices. My approach is holistic, accounting for the ways your past, environment, culture, physical habits, and systems impact well being. I honor that healing involves both joy and grief.
