People seek therapy for a variety of reasons: from feeling “stuck” in relationships or work, to struggling with trauma and life’s challenges (e.g., grief, divorce, career stress, academic demands…). My goal is to support clients in navigating these difficulties, helping them develop new perspectives and meanings, and allowing them to move forward with confidence and resilience. I also work on empowering clients to build their “toolbox” of coping strategies and internal resources, making them better equipped to deal with transitions and adversity.
