Sometimes life can be challenging and coping with stress starts with being able to identify your triggers and determine what works for you. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Wheelock College and experience with children and families from diverse backgrounds. In our first session, we will establish rapport and develop a therapeutic relationship while I continue to gather background information.
