Welcome, and thank you for your interest in my practice. I am glad you are here. I have worked 15+ years with individuals and families who have experienced or are currently struggling with anxiety, depression, women's issues, life transitions, loss, aging and relationships. It has been my privilege over the years to work collaboratively with clients to develop coping strategies and foster growth.
