With my nursing and social work background I offer you a unique understanding of healthcare. Using both my counseling, medical knowledge and expertise, I will teach you how to care for yourself mentally, emotionally and physically. I work with individuals ages 18 and older, couples and families who are struggling through a difficult time or who have been struggling their whole life. I will help you develop a plan and teach you the skills that can bring you out of that scary "stuckness" into a safe place where you can land and heal.
