My practice is committed to walking the Soul's journey with people using Heart-Centered holistic psychotherapy. I believe that each person has the inherent ability and desire to be healthy. Together we work to help you identify where you loose personal power due to traumas, negative behaviors and thoughts, addictions and difficult relationships. My goal is to provide a safe place to talk, work and interact, so in your own personal timing, you can integrate the tools and skills for healthy change, healing at the deepest levels and learning to live from a place of hope and well-being.
