At Counseling for Total Well-Being, I will work with you in a very safe and confidential environment to explore and examine problem areas causing discontent and unhappiness. I will assist you in learning new coping skills and tools in order to manage difficulties and help resolve problems. Change can and does occur as I witness growth and progress in individuals I work with everyday. Sometimes an empathic ear along with an objective, professional perspective is all that is necessary to help you begin to discover options, set goals and get you back to feeling hopeful, confident and happy once again.
