About

Each and every day we are faced with life challenges. When welcoming a new life or saying goodbye to a loved one is part of our every day, it is important to have support that respects your emotions, life choices, your values and honors your specific goals. In my perinatal, postpartum and grief work with clients, I have developed a unique understanding of the many competing emotions - love, sadness, anger, exhaustion, resentment and more. If you are pregnant or postpartum you may struggle with the emotional roller coaster that comes with having a newborn. If you are grieving you may feel devastated or even numb. New parents can struggle as they cope with the demands of a new baby amidst the challenges of little sleep, anxiety, loss of connection, and trouble maintaining their own wellbeing. Grieving a loss of a loved one can be a tsunami of emotions - love, sadness, guilt, resentment and more. I offer a safe compassionate space to explore these intense emotions.
