I work with individuals facing relationship challenges, domestic violence, trauma, behavioral health, and grief—and I also support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and issues unique to womxn, first generation, undocumented, or LGBTQ identifying. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, collaborative, and relatable. Therapy doesn't have to be stiff or intimidating. I aim to create a space where you feel heard and understood, where we can explore the hard stuff free from judgment and accountability with care.
