We all want to be both fully known and fully loved—but many of us worry we have to pick one or the other. It can feel scary to show the parts of ourselves that hold pain, fear, or imperfection. You might worry that if people really knew you—your past, your insecurities, or your struggles—you’d lose the connection and belonging you want most. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to hide. A space that feels warm, open, and non-judgmental—where you can lay down the weight you’ve been carrying and start to feel free again. I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful therapy that helps the brain process and heal from difficult experiences. I earned my Master’s in Social Work with honors from the University of Illinois.
