My therapeutic style is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in a strength-based approach. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can explore, heal, and grow—at your own pace and in alignment with your unique needs. I believe in taking a holistic and individualized approach, recognizing that every person’s journey is different and that healing is not one-size-fits-all.
