Are you struggling with making sense of past trauma and unhealthy coping? If so, then I can assist in making sense of these concerns. My approach to therapy is person-centered and interactive, solution-oriented to problem solve and to work on addressing one’s thought process/behaviors with CBT/DBT modalities. My goal is to build an honest and therapeutic relationship with my clients. My presence in therapy is relaxed and compassionate. I want to help build insight, confidence, and change.
