I believe it's important to cultivate a space for my client's to express emotions and experiences that they may have never shared before. I work with adults to help navigate through difficult life transitions, relational issues, boundary setting, anxiety, motivation, and self-esteem issues. Together we will explore past and present relationships, problematic thought processes that are affecting everyday life, and problem solve on how to improve.
