I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and an AASECT certified sex therapist committed to working with individuals and couples looking to address relationship and intimacy issues, sexual difficulties or dysfunctions, infidelity, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, family of origin issues, and more. I strongly believe that relationships– whether with ourselves or others– greatly impact our life satisfaction. Getting the opportunity to help clients navigate and strengthen the connection and balance within their relationship to self and others is such a meaningful and fulfilling experience.
