As a woman, I am accustomed to the unique challenges that women face as daughters, mothers, sisters, partners, and friends. Women need relational support in order to fulfill their full potential and become a version of themselves that is no longer weighed down by past hurts and wounds that we all experience. Women who work with me, from childhood to late adulthood, will focus on processing and healing from these wounds that so often keep us from becoming who we want to be and who we know that we can become. Most often these wounds express themselves as anxiety and depression.
