I work with people who are struggling with issues that feel urgent and require understanding. This may include trauma, PTSD, anxiety, or relationship issues. Often, they are standing at the threshold of an inevitable change—where something is already happening and there is a limited window to decide what to do next. Others come after a crisis, wanting to process what happened, find stability, and reinvent themselves. These are moments that cannot be handled superficially. Decisions, losses, conversations, and truths ask for patience, adaptability, resilience, and—above all—clarity. When things make sense, movement becomes possible.
