I work with kids, teens, adults, couples, & groups with a wide range of issues. These include but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, grief, identity issues, relationship issues, mood disorders, & chronic medical conditions. I also run various therapy groups! Therapy can be a safe, unbiased & supportive place to gain insight, process emotions, & to learn practical skills to handle life's challenges.
