I am a queer and Filipino clinical social worker, and I offer individual therapy to young adults who are seeking treatment for depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, trauma, and issues related to gender, sexuality & race. I take a client-centered, collaborative, and relational approach to therapy to support clients in bringing language to their emotional experiences and the tools to observe and hold their lives in their hands. Much of my experience in the mental health field has been in supporting adolescents and young adults as a counselor and advocate in school, community, and legal settings.
