We all need someone to speak with at some time, especially when our lives seem out of control and overwhelming. My goal is to understand clients from a non-judgmental stance and establish a relationship that provides empathy, genuineness, and transparency. I focus on strengths and believe that clients have inner resources to effectively solve their problems. I will help you face your challenges, regain hope, and aid you in designing your future. I understand the stressors some of us endure: heartbreak, self-doubt, financial ruin, confusion, gripping fear, and uncertainty. I'm here to tell you that there is always hope. Sometimes we just need help to regain our sense of peace and re-establish our hopes and dreams. I love (and have experience) working with individuals, couples and families to regain harmony by treating the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the being and by treating the client as a "person"; not a disease.
