My name is Gill Jasmine Jr., and I am currently licensed in Louisiana and Pennsylvania. As You Are Therapy and Wellness services focus on meeting the client where they are, whether distressed or in disharmony, by teaching them skills that will help them hold themselves together during difficult times. The treatment modalities foster guidance, support, resilience, and self-efficacy.
