I believe every person has talents and a unique purpose in life. Sometimes issues arise that cause distress and unhappiness. Do you awaken feeling ready to take on the day? If you are feeling stuck or challenged beyond your own resources, engaging in counseling can help you get back on the right track. I work collaboratively with my clients on individualized goals and treatment approaches. I use a client-centered, humanistic approach and draw upon a variety of research-based modalities and therapuetic strategies that best suit each client. The end goal is to restore emotional well being.
